Everything is in Place!
The east coast fulfillment center has officially received its inventory, and all remaining Glyph orders are now moving into the final stage before shipment.
Over the next few days, the warehouse team will complete receiving, inventory sorting, and system check-in before orders begin shipping. Once that process is complete, tracking information will begin going out as east coast orders start leaving the warehouse.
For anyone who already received a Glyph shipment from the west coast fulfillment center: if your Kickstarter reward included the Retro Cable Bundle and it was missing from the box, this was caused by a SKU mix-up during fulfillment. The cable bundles are in stock and will be shipped separately as soon as possible. A follow-up email with tracking information will be sent once those packages are on the way.The good news is that the issue was identified early, so east coast orders should arrive with everything included in a single package.
