The Current Situation

Hey everyone,

We’ve seen your comments, and we want to address things directly and clearly.

Based on our last update, many of you expected shipments to already be underway by now. That hasn’t happened, and we owe you a straightforward explanation of why - and what the real timeline looks like from here.

What Changed

The timeline we shared on March 4 was based on the information we had at the time regarding post-customs logistics. As the shipment moved into the U.S. distribution phase, it became clear that the process at the UFL facility is more involved than initially communicated.

Right now, the units are still at the UFL warehouse - and here’s what’s actually happening:

All units are being unpacked from the container.
Inventory is being fully reorganized and repalletized.
Transit to Fulfilment warehouses typically takes ~2–3 days.
Shipments are being split and prepared for distribution to two fulfillment warehouses (West Coast + East Coast).

This step is critical because it ensures inventory is correctly allocated and arrives cleanly into the fulfillment system without errors.

We want to be clear: this isn’t idle time or a stall - it’s controlled handling.

These are high-value units, and rushing this stage increases the risk of:

Inventory mismatches
Shipping errors
Damaged or missing units

The team on the ground is prioritizing accuracy and security over speed to avoid downstream issues that would be far worse to fix once orders start shipping.

What Happens Next

We are targeting departure from the UFL warehouse by the end of this week.
Shipments will be sent to both fulfillment centers.
- It is possible the East Coast shipment departs before the West Coast shipment.
Transit timing:
- West Coast fulfillment center: ~2-3 days.
- East Coast fulfillment center: ~1 week longer than West Coast
Once inventory arrives at each fulfillment center:
- Unloading, sorting, and system check-in will take ~2-3 days.
Shipping to backers begins immediately after each warehouse completes check-in.

Updated Expectation

If everything proceeds as expected from here:

First shipments may begin going out from the earliest receiving warehouse shortly after check-in.
Additional shipments will follow as the second warehouse receives and processes inventory.

Because the two fulfillment centers may receive inventory at different times, shipping will likely roll out in waves rather than all at once.
We will provide a tighter, date-based shipping window once inventory is physically received and confirmed in the fulfillment systems.

On Our Previous Timeline

We want to acknowledge this clearly: the earlier estimate we shared did not fully account for the UFL processing stage. That’s on us.

Our goal is always to give you accurate information - not overly optimistic timelines - and we’re adjusting how we communicate logistics updates to reflect the full picture.

We’re in the final stretch

Everything is in the U.S., through customs, and actively being prepared for final distribution. There are no outstanding production or manufacturing issues - this is purely the last stage of logistics.

We know delays like this are frustrating, especially this close to the finish line. We appreciate you sticking with us, and we’ll continue to keep you updated as things progress.

We’ll share the next update once inventory has departed UFL and we have a clearer picture of arrival timing into each fulfillment center.
