Once...read moreI have ordered 4 previous Cases one for the Lite, 3 for the Switch (original and OLED.) All have been excellent quality. Unfortunately I did not get this order. Once I found out that the shipper said they delivered the product to me on a certain date I was shocked. When I advised Team Satisfy that I did in no way receive any product on that day or even in the month they investigated and immediately credited my Credit card for the full amount of my order. Once they find out what happened and the issue is corrected I will order the new Satisfy Case for the New Switch 2 version and Grip and another Case for the Lite but maybe in orange full size. The quality of Satisfy in any regard is always beyond reproach. Thank you. CS
