I ordered an item and did not receive it and was given the run around when I asked for a replacement. I NEVER got the replacement. I had to order a second one to get the Fing thing. As stated above I will never be buying from your company again and I will tell anyone that will listen not to do business with you.

Fantsstic Item for your Switch

Been using Satisfye Products for over 5yrs now amd they've just gotten better, Love the ZenGrip Ronin would recommend anyone with a switch to get one.

Loved the ronin…BUT

Everything was great except the Joy-Con stick risers, they completely destroyed my joycons rubber tips! They do not fit on at all properly and caused damage unfortunately :/

I will start by saying that I love the grip set and I would buy it again at the sale price I paid. Been looking at them for years but...read moreI will start by saying that I love the grip set and I would buy it again at the sale price I paid. Been looking at them for years but the normal asking price is too high. Here are a couple minor criticisms about the grip: the first is that it would be nice if the rubber coating on the front of the grip handles extended all the way around the handle and not just the front. I don't like feeling the seams of the front of the grip and the back of the grip. They aren't perfectly flush and it makes the plastic feel a little cheap. The other gripe is that when docking it in the grip it seems to stretch or widen the dock itself... I'm not using an OLED switch or dock I'm using the original dock. I dropped another switch on the dock that didn't have the grip on it and it really rattles around in there way more than it did. I realize this probably the nature of the beast so I'm not complaining just pointing it out. All in all I love the grip and the case. I love not having to remove the grip from my switch to dock it and I would and have recommended it to others.
